(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Gwyneth Paltrow always keeps hand sanitizer in her car so she can clean her kids after play dates.

The star has daughter Apple, six, and five-year-old son Moses with her Coldplay rocker husband Chris Martin. She loves being a parent and tries hard to ensure her kids have a good diet and get enough exercise so they are always fit and healthy.

As part of this Gwyneth is fastidious about keeping her children clean, so she ensures shes never too far away from a tube of disinfectant.

At home, weve recently made the change to organic hand sanitizer, which we always have in the car for the trip back from school and from play dates, the star wrote in her GOOP newsletter.

Gwyneth took the opportunity to introduce her fans to some of her favourite beauty products in the bulletin. She explained she is continually sent samples to test out, but very few actually make it into her bathroom cabinet on a regular basis.

She favours natural products which are good for the skin and isnt averse to having a bit of help when it comes to looking good. Gwyneth revealed one of her favourite new finds is something her fitness trainer Tracy Anderson introduced her too.

Tracy told me about Prtty Peaushun, which is the new miracle cream. Developed by a Hollywood make-up artist, Bethany Karlyn, this cream makes the skin glow and brings out muscle tone - making it a great one for parties and public appearances, she explained. (C) Cover Media
