(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Hailee Steinfeld says despite her movie success shes still a normal girl who gets in trouble with her parents.

The 14-year-old rising star plays Mattie Ross in the drama True Grit, alongside top Hollywood actors including Jeff Bridges, Matt Damon and Josh Brolin.

Despite mixing with A-listers and receiving high critical acclaim, the talented teenager admits she gets into the usual capers expected of people her age.

"I'm a normal girl. I get in trouble for texting too much and using the computer too late all kinds of stuff like that," she confessed to People at the recent Critics' Choice Movie Awards.

Hailee received the Best Young Actress prize at the prestigious US ceremony which honours cinematic achievement annually and is organised by the Broadcast Film Critics Association. The actress admits shes still not used to the high life, and is trying to find her feet in the world of showbiz.

"I'm not getting used to it at all," she explained. "This is so new to me. This is the beginning of it all and this is really exciting for me. I'm really honoured to be a part of it." (C) Cover Media
