(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Halle Berry and boyfriend were spotted having a romantic lunch together in Los Angeles this week.

Halle and her new beau, French actor Olivier Martinez have enjoyed a clandestine affair for several months, although the couple are rarely seen out in public together.

The Hollywood pair dined at The Little Door brassiere on Thursday. The quaint venue has won numerous awards for being the Best Romantic Restaurant in Los Angeles.

Halle and Olivier dined under an open sky sharing gorgeous wine and coquette glances.

This romantic respite was a welcome break for Halle who has undergone a series of dramatic upheavals since her split from ex-partner Gabriel Aubry last year.

Since Halle's and Gabriel's break-up, Halle has problems with her health and an intense custody battle over her three-year-old daughter, Nahla to contend with.

Her battle with Gabriel has reached a more peaceful impasse of late. Halle is happy that they have quelled the acrimony and is now moving on with her life.

"I'm so happy [Gabriel and I] arrived at that place - because for [Nahla's] sake, this is the best way," said Halle in a statement. "We both love her more than life."

A judge has also recently ordered a restraining order against her alleged stalker Richard Franco.

The suspect, who trespassed into the beauty's Beverly Hills property multiple times, has been ordered to stay 500 yards clear of Halle for the next three years. (C) Cover Media
