(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Halle Berry's alleged stalker has now been identified.

Richard Anthony Franco, 27, was arrested last night on the grounds of the actress' Hollywood Hills home.

According to the police booking report obtained by RadarOnline, Richard has black hair and brown eyes, is 5ft. 9ins. and weighs 175lbs.

Authorities believe he is the same man that scared Halle when she saw him in her back garden on Saturday and Sunday.

He eluded capture by her security team both times but was finally caught and arrested at around 11pm Los Angeles time last night.

Halle's security team, who are off-duty police officers, saw the man on a camera she has installed at her home and witness him jumping over a back wall.

Richard has been booked on suspicion of felony stalking and is still in custody with his bail set at $150,000.

He reportedly has an extensive criminal record and has just got out of jail for criminal battery and was ordered to enrol in anger management classes.

His other offenses allegedly include felony car theft, felony vandalism and several drug use and juvenile offenses. (C) Cover Media
