(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Halle Berry's family court judge is reportedly set to give the ruling on whether she can move to France with daughter Nahla.
The actress is currently involved in a bitter battle with her ex-partner Gabriel Aubry over the custody of four-year-old Nahla. Halle wants to move to France with Nahla and her fianc Olivier Martinez but this is being blocked by Gabriel.
TMZ reports that the judge presiding over the case has come to a decision on the matter.
Apparently the magistrate is not interested in providing both parties with a written verdict and requires that Halle and Gabriel come to court to hear the decision in person.
Sources tell the website that Halle is absolutely frustrated as she wants to hear the ruling now so that she can move on with her life.
Gabriel is strongly contesting the star's plan as he is worried he will grow distant from his child.
Should all parties be able to make it to court at the same time, the judge will present his decision on Friday. (C) Cover Media
