Mohit Suri's latest, 'Hamari Adhuri Kahani' which was recently screened at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh under the presence of UP Chief Minister, Akhilesh Yadav now becomes tax free in Chattisgarh.
Ironically, the film also has a mention of Chhattisgarh. Earlier Madhya Pradesh government had also waived entertainment tax on the film.
The film portrays the struggle of a middle class woman and the challenges encouraging women empowerment. The film released in June 12 and it is making average at box office.
In the recent past Ayushmann Khurrana's 'Hawaizaada' and Aamir Khan's 'PK' were too declared tax free in UP.
