First the missing documents and now lawyer being unwell, is continuously delaying the trials of Salman Khan's hit and run case.

The trial is adjourned till October 9, after the court was informed that Khan's lawyer, Shrikant Shivade was unwell.

According to the court, the trial was supposed to resume yesterday, but neither the lawyer nor the actor was present for it.

The prosecution has been asked to keep witnesses ready on the next date. Till date 11 witnesses have deposed in the case.

On September 28, 2002, Salman's car ran over people sleeping outside a bakery in Bandra, killing one person and injuring four.
