The supermodel attended the amfAR Gala in support of AIDS research in New York City and didn't betray a hint of heartache as she wowed on the red carpet.

The blonde beauty looked stunning in a strapless black Roberto Cavalli sequin dress and surprised onlookers by still wearing a gold band on her ring finger.

"The Teutonic hottie arrived at Cipriani Wall Street for the Fashion Week charity event with a full entourage and camera crew in tow," New York Daily News reports.

Estranged husband Seal was also spotted with his wedding ring in place this week.

The couple announced their separation on January 23 after seven years of marriage.

Supermodel Cindy Crawford and British actress Elizabeth Hurley also caused a splash on the red carpet at yesterday's event.

Both ladies flaunted their fabulous figures in revealing gowns that showed off their ample assets to devastating effect.

They chose neutral-coloured floor length frocks adorned with sparkling embellishments.

Liz attended the gala on the arm of fianc Shane Warne, while Cindy stepped out solo for the evening.
