Halle Berry is reportedly hoping to move to France with her daughter.
The actress has three-year-old Nahla with her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry and the pair are currently locked in a bitter custody dispute.
It's now been suggested Halle is hoping to move from the US to France with her partner Olivier Martinez. Gabriel is thought to be unhappy about the plan.
"TMZ has learned Halle filed papers with the court requesting the move and the hearing is pending. Sources tell us Gabriel is livid because he believes the move is punitive and designed to strip him of any contact with his daughter," reports the site.
Another contentious issue is reported to be the living arrangements in France. Halle apparently hopes to live with Olivier, which Gabriel is said to be worried about.
The pair have had a round of court dates lately stemming from allegations that Gabriel pushed Halle's nanny while she was carrying Nahla. He is being investigated for child endangerment and misdemeanour battery which he has strongly denied.
Following the incident Halle asked for Gabriel to be stripped of his parental rights but he has been allowed to keep seeing his daughter. The former model has apparently agreed to take anger management classes and there is speculation he and Halle may be asked to take lessons to teach them how to co-parent.
