The 42-year-old Australian actor leads a hectic lifestyle, and admits he finds it hard to slow down once hes away from the cameras. Hugh loves nothing more than relaxing with his family at home and would shun a wild night partying for a good nights sleep, although he does have an usual bedtime habit.

Im one of those people who runs in their sleep - I twitch a lot, he told the British edition of OK! magazine.

Hugh has been married to actress Deborra-Lee Furness since 1996, and he worries his night-time antics could annoy his beloved. However, the hunk is glad to say that his wife is a deep sleeper so normally manages to ignore his twitching.

Im fine with it but Deb says that she can count to 17 after I fall asleep and Ill start twitching. Luckily shes quite a heavy sleeper but thats probably my most frustrating habit, he added. (C) Cover Media
