Renowned for her frank and outgoing attitude, Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha has always been upfront about her choices and decisions in reel and real life.

While a lot has been said about her weight, she recently stated that she is proud of all the films that she has done so far.

She also added that she now wants to experiment more. "So many people have told me to do films like 'Lootera'. That film brought about a change from inside. It's very different. I will make a conscious effort this New Year to do films of different genres. I don't plan and plot my career. I wasn't even planning to become an actor, but here I am. So if things work out, I would love to do different films. It's hard because I get offered a particular type of film and to sign that one film among those that I feel is different," she said.

Talking about her upcoming film 'Tevar' she adds that she is very happy with the way the film has shaped up.

"They showed me the DVD of Okkadu (the Telugu film on which Tevar is based) when they wanted me to sign the film and I didn't even have to think. I immediately said yes. It has the makings of a commercial film, but it also has so much soul. It has very relatable characters. Okkadu was made ten years ago and still has such a charm. I knew that the director would treat it in a different and fresh way. It was something that I really wanted to do," she added.
