It's an open secret that most of the actresses would have preferences towards select languages or colleagues but seldom would they disclose it in public. However, outspoken Ansukha is a strong contrast to his popular trend.
The top south Indian actress admits that she has a soft-corner towards the Telugu film industry, popularly known as Tollywood. "Because it was where I started my career and became a noted actress" she says, with a smile. At the same time, Anushka doesn't have any aversion towards other language films. "I am open to any language provided I get interesting roles and good movies. Because cinema has no language barriers," she says.
In Kollywood, she has been roped in to act opposite Karthi Sivakumar, in a yet-to-be-started project. On not being part of Ajay Devgn's 'Singham', Anushka, who was the heroine of the film's original version, the Suriya-starrer 'Singam', says, "I have no regrets about. I take things as it comes."
