Not very long ago, Randeep Hooda had a bleak future as an actor in Hindi films. He who has been appreciated for his acting skills despite of all the accolades didn't get a lot of offers earlier. But suddenly after the success of 'Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai' where he played a grey character, his career saw a new dawn.
Randeep, who has delivered hits like 'Jannat 2' and 'Saheb, Biwi aur Gangster' in the recent past has interesting films lined up for release, and this has put him in a very respectable position in the industry.
But despite of indulging in success, Randeep has his eyes set on the bigger goals of life, "I'm definitely having my best phase ever. But I wouldn't like to rest on the laurels as of now. I've got bigger dreams," said Randeep who stayed patient in the not-so-good phase of his life.
Recollecting those days when some people showed trust in his talent, he said - "That wasn't very long ago when I was without any major work for more than two years! I was completely hopeless at that point of my career. And then I was even hesitant to play a negative role. Fortunately, filmmakers like Milan Luthria and Tigmanshu Dhulia walked along and showed faith in me."
