December 16, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): American actress and singer Hilary Duff takes real good care of her health and that was evident when she was recently spotted in the early morning hours walking to her Pilates classes. It is not only Pilates, Hilary Duff also makes it a point to shop the goods that she requires all by herself. Yes, the actress was photographed by several cameras exercising and shopping for two consecutive days. The first day the media reported that Hilary Duff was seen making a dash for her gym while she was later seen shopping for a variety of goods at the Neiman Marcus store.

The very next day, the actress was again spotted with a cup of coffee and a box of Christmas goodies in hand going inside her Pilates classes in the Toluca Lake area of California. Hilary Duff was also spotted inside the Whole Foods store during the later part of the day on a trip that was reported as one made to purchase some items of grocery including organic food. The photographs reveal a healthier and a fresh looking Hilary Duff. So is shopping and exercising regularly the secret to her beauty? The actress was unfortunately not available for comment. One thing common, apart from the shopping and exercising that she did on the past Tuesday and Wednesday was her black Chanel handbag!
