(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Isla Fisher is so scared of flying she always tries to meet the pilots before take-off to calm her.

The Australian actress is no stranger to jetting around the world. As well as having to promote her movies all over the globe, she has moved from her native country to America, where she lives with husband Sacha Baron Cohen and their two daughters.

Although Isla regularly finds herself aboard a plane, she rarely enjoys the experience. The star was recently seen taking a jet to New York, but appeared nervous. As she boarded she told the waiting pilot and cabin staff she felt anxious, so was invited for a look around the cockpit.

"I just met the pilots. They're really nice. I always feel better when I meet the pilots," she was overheard telling a pal, according to New York Post.

Before taking to her seat Isla had a thorough look around the plane. She met with all the staff members and was only too happy to pose for pictures with them. (C) Cover Media
