(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Jada Pinkett Smith has insisted that despite growing up in the limelight, her kids will be "OK".
The Hollywood star, who has two children with fellow actor Will Smith - Jayden, 12, and Willow, 10 - is confident that the young entertainers will be fine because they have her unwavering support.
Son Jayden is a budding actor and starred in 2010 blockbuster The Karate Kid, while young Willow released platinum hit single Whip My Hair last year.
"I'm the glue that keeps it all together," she told USA Today. "I'm the nucleus of an entertainment family. My day to day is making decisions to keep life above water. My kids will have their moment. It's inevitable. Just because they are grounded, doesn't mean they are not going to get off track at some point. But I know for a fact, they are going to be OK."
Jada, who has appeared in TV show Hawthorne since 2009, also spoke about working with co-star and pal Marc Anthony, Jennifer Lopez's husband.
She joked that the Latin American singer was so interested in the show, she had to find a way for him to get involved.
"He and [Jennifer] would invite us over for dinner and it was like, 'Yo, what's going on with Hawthorne,'" she said. "He was like, 'Let's do this!' He kept seriously reiterating it and the team wanted nothing more than to have him. It was like, 'OK, let's figure this out.'"
Now both families laugh about the fact that their on-screen characters are romantically involved.
Jada revealed that she and Marc often joke about their spouses getting jealous.
"Hey listen, you make sure J's cool with this now," she joked. "I tell him Will is already talking payback, saying that Jennifer is going to be in his next movie." (C) Cover Media
