Jake Gyllenhaal and Olivia Wilde have been spotted enjoying a "very cosy" dinner together.

The Hollywood stars reportedly ate at Chinatown Brasserie in New York City on Saturday night. Jake and Olivia sat next to each other at a table of eight and spent the evening laughing and joking together.

"They were in a group but were very cosy with their chairs pulled in closely together," a source told New York Post.

This isn't the first time the pair have sparked romance rumours.

In June, Jake and Olivia who are both currently single were seen at the Chateau Marmont hotel in Los Angeles. However, a representative for the 27-year-old actress insisted they were "just friends".

Olivia has been romantically linked to several hunks since splitting from her husband Tao Ruspoli including Bradley Cooper, Justin Timberlake, Ryan Gosling and Chris Pine.

Jake has been spotted flirting with a Brazilian model and Melanie Griffith's daughter since his brief romance with Taylor Swift ended last year.
