(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Jamie Lynn Spears has reportedly been given a ring by her boyfriend Casey Aldridge.

The couple got engaged in March 2008, while Jamie Lynn was pregnant with the couple’s first baby. However, they called off their engagement in March 2009 and Jamie Lynn ended the relationship by moving out of their home in February 2010.

The pair reunited recently and have been living together again, along with their two-year-old daughter Maddie.

Casey is believed to have proposed to the 19-year-old singer-and-actress and presented her with an impressive diamond ring, fuelling reports they will soon wed.

“They’re back together, they’ve been together about two or three months. They broke up, departed ways, sold the house, and now they’re both in Nashville, living together,” a source told the American edition of OK! magazine.

“I understand he’s given her a ring. Haven’t heard about a date or if they’ve decided on that, but he’s given her a ring. Of course, when you’ve got money, I don’t know what a ring means.”

Earlier this week, it was reported Jamie Lynn was considering having a double wedding with her sister Britney Spears.

Britney – who is dating manager Jason Trawick - is believed to have come up with the idea while the siblings were at a Lady Gaga concert this month. Although she wasn’t serious when she originally suggested it, the girls have continued to discuss the idea and think it could be a possibility.

Jamie Lynn found fame playing the title role in Nickelodeon show Zoey 101. Although she loves acting, the star is now considering launching a career as a singer.

“She seems to have grown up and matured more than he has,” the source added. “She’s got a career in Nashville, and he’s looking for a job, but I think they’re doing OK. She’s trying to kick off a music career, maybe something more of a country style." (C) Cover Media
