The 33-year-old American actress portrays bored suburban housewife Betty Draper in hit US drama Mad Men, and her movie career is blossoming too as she plays Emma Frost in upcoming action movie X-Men: First Class.

Januarys X-Men role is far more physically demanding than starring in Mad Men, but the gorgeous star loves working up a sweat so she doesnt mind. In fact, the blonde beauty thinks physical activity is better the more aggressive it gets.

The sports, er, Id have to...I dont know, cricket and, er, yeah, I like rugby. I like seeing teeth getting knocked out! she laughed when British magazine ShortList asked which UK sports she appreciates.

January is also fond of British men, confessing that she finds wittiness especially alluring. The actress is somewhat of an Anglophile, and loves exploring all English history when she visits the country.

Theyre great. I love the sense of humour and the charm that goes along with British men. And women, she beamed.

I love the vibe. The culture really suits me: the fashion, the food, the people, everything.
