Jason Segel has joked his next movie role will be "some perfect-bodied man".

The funnyman is currently promoting romantic comedy The Five-Year Engagement, which also stars Emily Blunt. Jason is over 6ft and when quizzed if he'd ever consider a career as an action hero, the actor happily obliged.

"Let's be honest, I have the body for action films. God didn't give me this just to sit around. So yeah, probably at some point after this. I'll probably play some kind of superhero, or some perfect-bodied man," he deadpanned in a live webchat with British newspaper The Sun.

"Either that or I'll become a male model."

Jason explained his ideal superhero powers. The Hollywood star says his talents would involve still wearing designer suits.

"I think my superhero would have unlimited pocket-space," he added. "Because you're not really supposed to carry a purse as a guy, so he'd be able carry as much as he wanted and still be able to wear a slick suit."
