The Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalitha was at Siva Kumar's residence to wish and give her blessings to the newlyweds Karthi and Ranjani. She couldn't make it to the wedding but she made sure that she gave her blessings to the lovely couple by personally going to their place.

Jayalalitha also spent some time with them and asked them about the wedding and the reception. Apart from her, ministers Sengottaiyan and O Paneerselavam, also visited their residence.
