Jennie Garth and her Twilight Saga actor husband Peter Facinelli have "decided to end" their marriage.

The couple have been married for 11 years and share three daughters; Luca, 14, Lola, nine, and Fiona, five.

In a statement to Us Weekly, the couple spoke of their commitment to being good parents to their girls even though their relationship has ended.

"While we have decided to end our marriage, we both share the same deep love and devotion to our children," the pair said.

"We remain dedicated to raising our beautiful daughters together. We ask for privacy and respect during this time."

This was Peter's first marriage and the second for the Beverly Hills 90210 actress who was married to Daniel Clark for two years but the relationship ended in 1996.
