Jennifer Garner cannot watch the Olympics at every possible moment.

The actress is mother to three children with her husband Ben Affleck daughters Violet, six, and Seraphina Rose, three, and five-month-old son Samuel.

Jennifer is flooded with emotions when she witnesses the reactions of champions and their kin after triumphing at this year's games in London.

"I do not have the bandwidth for the Olympics right now but I can't not watch it," Jennifer gushed to USA Today. "I cry every time they show the parents, every time they show the teammates, every time they show someone proud of themselves. Even if it's for another team."

The family has just returned home from a visit to Jennifer's native state of West Virginia.

Although she is incessantly busy caring for her babies, Jennifer still manages to sneak a peek at the sporting events whenever she can.

"[M]y kids are adjusting from East Coast time, so my baby thought three in the morning, it was morning. And then I finally got him down for a nap at 4:30 a.m. and then I was having a sleepover with my middle daughter, and she woke up just as I got the youngest down," she explained.

"But what am I going to miss in the Olympics tonight? That's what I'm so stressed about! I'm going to have to go to bed."
