(Cover) - EN Movies - Jennifer Lopez is re-launching her acting career by lining up two exciting new movie roles.

The 41-year-old actress-and-singer has been concentrating on her music of late, appearing as a judge on reality show American Idol as well as enjoying success with seventh studio album Love?.

Jennifer has made it clear that she will never abandon acting though, and is now in talks for parts in two upcoming pictures.

According to Variety, the star is being linked to heist movie Parker, which will also feature action hero Jason Statham. The role is portraying a real estate agent and former cheerleader who teams up with Jason's character to pull off a risky heist.

Meanwhile, she is also considering a role in comedy What to Expect When You're Expecting, playing an interior designer who cannot get pregnant so adopts a child from Ethiopia. The ensemble comedy is due for release in 2012, and already has Cameron Diaz and Matthew Morrison as confirmed stars. (C) Cover Media
