Jennifer Love Hewitt hopes Adam Levine "comes-a-knockin' " to her door soon.

The stunning star appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres show this week and revealed her celebrity crush on Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine.

Single Jennifer hopes that Adam, who is a new bachelor, received the message loud and clear.

"Put it out there," she told E! Online. "Why not? Let's see if he comes a-knockin'."

Jennifer plays masseuse Riley Parks on provocative Lifetime TV show The Client List. Her character and other staff at the fictional day spa perform erotic massages on clients.

Jennifer hopes that she will be able to get her hands on Adam.

"Yeah, I should massage him," she gushed. "I mean, I really should."

Jennifer took to her Twitter page this week after watching Adam on the US version of The Voice. The brunette beauty gushed about his brooding good looks.

"That haircut is so hot! (sic)" she exclaimed.

When a fan suggested that she should embark on a relationship with the musician, Jennifer couldn't resist re-tweeting the post.

"@adamlevine you should date @TheReal_Jlh !!!!! You two would be so cute. :) (sic)" the tweet read.

Jennifer also confirmed her crush on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Adam and supermodel Anne Vyalitsyna announced their split earlier this week.
