Jessica Alba "made healthier choices" while pregnant with her second baby.

The 30-year-old actress kept in vigorous shape when she was carrying her now five-month-old daughter Haven.

Jessica, who also has three-year-old daughter Honor, really made an effort to stick to a wholesome routine this time around.

"I really sort of made healthier choices with my second pregnancy than my first," Jessica told Extra. "I did pre-natal yoga, then I would take walks."

Jessica is elated to be a mother to such wonderful, well-behaved girls.

"They're good," Jessica gushed. "Honor is so cute, she's really sassy and funny and Haven is like a little cuddle bug. It's been the biggest blessing of my life."

Although she loves her girls, Jessica does not think it wise to mother too closely before red carpet events.

Haven nearly vomited on her before the star attended this year's Golden Globe Awards.

"I know at this point that you do not hold a baby when you're in a gown," she noted.

Juggling a busy acting career and motherhood, Jessica has found the time in her busy schedule to begin a business that is dear to her heart.

Honest.com, a website that sells eco-friendly and toxin-free domestic and baby products, is a labour of love for the star.

"I wanted it to be safe and I wanted it to be cute," Jessica explained. "This is my dream company."
