Jessica Biel has done "almost nothing" when it comes to planning her wedding.

The actress got engaged to on-off boyfriend Justin Timberlake in December 2011 but wants to enjoy this new stage in their relationship before obsessing about her nuptials.

The brunette beauty described her excitement about getting married as a flurry of positive emotions.

"[I have done] almost nothing [to plan the wedding]! I'm just enjoying being engaged. I do feel like there is a lot of time and nothing needs to be rushed. Everyone tells me that being engaged is the really special moment," she told the Chicago Sun-Times. "Not that it gets bad when you get married! But being engaged is just absolutely amazing. You're in this romantic, ahhhhh, breathless moment that I'm just trying to extend as long as possible. I'm moving forward. It feels quite inspiring, fun and positive."

However, Jessica isn't entirely comfortable with growing older. The Total Recall star freaked out when she celebrated her milestone 30th birthday in March this year.

"Just to be brutally honest, I think I'm definitely afraid of the ageing process. Ageing is a scary thing, especially when you're a woman and dealing with everything that comes with it," she said. "Well, when I turned 30, I thought, Oh yeah, I'm going to die.'"
