(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds have sparked reconciliation rumours after they were seen looking "flirty".

The Hollywood couple split last year, with Ryan filing to end the union in December citing irreconcilable differences. Their divorce was finalised earlier this month, but the couple were seen enjoying a lengthy dinner together soon after it became official.

The pair ate at Little Dom's restaurant in Los Angeles, and stunned onlookers with how at ease they appeared with each other.

"Scarlett was being very flirty with him," a source told Life & Style. "The way Ryan looked at her, you could tell he still has feelings. Scarlett kept pinching Ryan's cheeks and caressing his face, and Ryan would rub her back periodically. Something's definitely up."

Following their split, Scarlett enjoyed a brief romance with Sean Penn. The pair even holidayed together, but he's since moved on and is dating someone else.

Ryan was linked to a brunette model, but also gave an interview admitting how hard he found the split. He explained he was struggling to cope with being alone as he's been in long term relationships all his life, adding he doesn't expect to tie the knot again.

"Anyone who gets divorced goes through a lot of pain, but you come out of it. I'm not out of it yet. At all. But I sense that as I do come through it, there's optimism. How can there not be?" he said.

"What was happening privately was the exact opposite of what was being reported. There was no story and no scandal, so the narrative was just created for me. That was the most disturbing part. I wasn't angry. I absolutely predicted every beat of it. There's an entire economy around this sort of thing - therefore it's gotta happen one way or another." (C) Cover Media
