(Cover) - EN Showbiz - One of John Travolta's two accusers has allegedly "fabricated his story", according to the actor's lawyer.
Former cruise steward Fabian Zanzi alleges that the Oscar nominated actor asked him to provide a neck massage while on a Royal Caribbean holiday in 2009.
TMZ states that an official incident report obtained by the website filed by Fabian mentions nothing about inappropriate sexual conduct on the part of John.
The document claimed that Fabian visited John's stateroom to deliver something. The steward says he performed the massage against express cruise line rules banning employees from fraternising with guests. The report then went on to state that John "told [Fabian] he was a beautiful person and invited him to return to visit him later that night."
Fabian was subsequently fired and now claims that the actor opened his robe and exhibited an erection, quickly offering him $12,000 for intercourse and complete silence.
John's attorney Marty Singer is appalled by Fabian's statements, as he believes discrepancies prove the spuriousness surrounding the case.
"The incident report now confirms Mr. Zanzi fabricated his story about my client," Marty told TMZ. "He never stated that my client did anything wrong. Obviously, if he had engaged in any inappropriate conduct he would have reported it to his supervisors." (C) Cover Media
