The Hollywood star has been named Sexiest Man Alive twice by People magazine, once in 2003 and again in 2009. He has hordes of female fans who have fallen for his sultry good looks, but admits finding the whole idea of being a heartthrob baffling.

The 47-year-old insists hes just a normal man with an extraordinary job, and doesnt view himself as special in any way.

It's a complete mystery for me. The attention is strange, he told British newspaper The Sun. I wake up and have to look at that head when I brush my teeth and it is often unpleasant.

Johnny has children Lily-Rose, 11, and eight-year-old Jack with his partner Vanessa Paradis, who he has been with since 1998. The family spend much of their time in Vanessas native France, where they go relatively undisturbed. Spending time with his partner and their kids is what makes Johnny happiest, and he admits he only really feels content when he is with them.
