Third time lucky – director Preetham Gubbi, has decided to make a sequel to his recent hit 'Johny Mere Naam'. Sequels are not new to Kannada cinema. There are many examples like 'Gandhadha Gudi', 'Police Story', 'Sangliana' and other films, rocking on silver screen.

Preetham Gubbi, in the first combination of charmer Ramya and action hero Vijay, produced good results at the box-office with his film 'Johny Mere Naam'. Preetham is now placed in a serene locality for his sequel script.

Like in 'Johny Mere Naam' the screen charmer Ramya will be wearing revealing costumes. "I don't want to reveal what it is right now," says Preetham. It is sure to grab the eyes he says. Ramya's look will be talk of the town. Ramya has never attempted such an act in Sandalwood before, says Preetham.

As of now Preetham Gubbi has decided that major portions of the film will be shot abroad. On the story contents he says the characters will be same like how it was seen in Hindi film 'Munna Bhai'. The concept will be different. Of course action hero Vijay and side kick Rangayana Raghu are common factors in sequel to 'Johny Mere Naam' concludes Preetham.
