(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Julia Roberts is considering adopting a child from India, according to reports.

The actress raises three children with her cameraman husband Danny Moder five-year-old twins Hazel and Phinnaeus and Henry, three and is believed to be keen to open her home to an underprivileged child. The 42-year-old Hollywood star reportedly suffered difficult pregnancies and believes adoption is the best way to expand her family.

Julia has wanted more children for years, a source told the Daily Express. But her past pregnancies were fraught with complications and she was forced into an extended hospital stay right before she had her twins. After all she has been through, she realises that adoption is perhaps the best way forward.

Julia has spoken out about how her life has transformed since she became a mother. She loves spending time with her children and says her family will always be more important to her than anything else.

But it does, of course, change the focus of your life you have these little humans in your life who are relying on you for everything, she said recently.

If Julia goes ahead with her plans she would be following in the footsteps of a host of stars who have adopted. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have three adopted kids, while Madonna, Meg Ryan, Sheryl Crow and Sharon Stone have also opened their homes to adopted children. (C) Cover Media
