The 22-year-old blonde beauty who is well known for dating television presenter Ryan Seacrest is donning a stunning custom-made Swarovski gown and heart-themed necklace when she models at Wednesdays Heart Truths Red Dress Collection Fashion Show, a charity event aiming to combat the problem of heart disease in females.

Julianne who is an accomplished ballroom dancer, country music singer and actress - admitted at her recent fitting at the New York Swarovski showroom that her necklace feels light on, although she is still feeling anxious about the star-studded show.

This is my first time walking a catwalk in a runway show. Im a little nervous but I think I can do it, she told People.

The star, who is gracing the catwalk with fellow celebrities Audrina Patridge and Jennifer Love Hewitt, has joked that the fashion show will be a totally different from her years on Dancing with the Stars. The gorgeous celebrity teased that she feels more comfortable dancing to walking.
