(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Justin Timberlake and Ashley Olsen are rumoured to be dating.

The pair have been seen gallivanting around New York City in recent weeks looking particularly close, attending Broadway shows, a polo match and a Saturday Night Live after party together.

Both Ashley and Justin have recently split from long term, high-profile relationships. Ashley dated Hangover star Justin Bartha for two years, with the pair calling it quits in March. Justin just broke up with actress Jessica Biel in May after nearly four years of dating.

After telling American Vanity Fair that Jessica Biel is "single-handedly [the] most significant person in my life" in an in-depth interview for July's edition of the magazine, he is now single and actively mingling.

"They're really trying to keep it on the down-low," an insider told Us Weekly.

Justin's reputation as a ladies' man is really not a problem for Ashley. "[Ashley] is aware," another source told the publication. "They're in the same headspace."

Justin's camp completely denies any romance between the two. "They are friends," his representative told US Weekly, "They are not romantically involved." (C) Cover Media
