Rumour mills worked overtime recently, suggesting that Kajal Agarwal welcomed the New Year in Bangkok, in the company of her "Mr Perfect" co-star Prabhas. There were also rumours that both actors are seeing each other.

Reacting to this, Kajal says, 'I have no other option than to laugh at such a mindless rumour. I spent the New Year eve with my family members and there is no truth in reports which claimed a relationship between me and Prabhas.'

She adds: 'I share only a professional relationship with Prabhas and there is nothing beyond that. I don't know from where such baseless gossips crop up. I was in the company of my parents during New Year celebrations.'

At present, Kajal is acting in two big Tamil films- "Maatraan" opposite Suriya and "Thuppakki" opposite Vijay. Happy about the success of her recent Telugu movie "Businessman", the actress says, 'I am indebted a lot to Mahesh Babu, director Puri Jagannath and others.'
