The makers of Kajol starrer 'Helicopter Eela' are out with a new song from the film and it is a reprised version of the famous 90's number "Ruk Ruk Ruk" from the 1994 film 'Vijaypath' that featured Tabu and Ajay Devgn.

The song begins with Kajol auditioning in the studio getting transported onto film set where she even performs and lip syncing flawlessly with smiling expressions on her face. While the new number is slightly peppier, it is composed by Raghav Sachar who has laid a jazzy composition for it. Whereas Palomi Ghosh's voice has perfectly suited Kajol. Talking about the original number which was composed by Anu Malik and surprisingly he is the one auditioning Kajol in this number. It was sung by Aisha Chinai and penned by Shyam Anuragi.

Speaking about the new version, composer Raghav said, "I've retained the melody just like it was in the original by Anu Malik. We have updated the song with new rap portions that make it more conversational. Since Eela’s character is very expressive, it adds a personal touch to the song."

Featuring Kajol, Riddhi Sen, Tota Roy Chowdhury and Neha Dhupia, 'Helicopter Eela' is slated to release on October 12.
