It was recently reported that renowned comedian Kapil Sharma who was earlier supposed to make his debut in films with YRF's 'Bank-Chor', is no longer doing the film. For reasons best known to the respective parties, both Kapil and Yash Raj mutually ended the deal.

Riteish Deshmukh has replaced Kapil to play the lead in the same film. However, there isn't dearth of offers for the talented comedian.

Kapil who is very close to Sohail Khan and his family, apparently has got an opportunity to debut with his upcoming film.

Sohail and Kapil were reportedly discussing the same film when Kapil showed interest and expressed a desire to do it. It was then that Sohail who has known Kapil for quite some years now immediately offered the film to him.

The details of the film are still being worked out, but they have chosen to keep it under wraps until the time seems right.

Not many know that Kapil was earlier offered a plum role in the film 'Sher Khan' that was being made by Sohail but got shelved for reasons unknown.
