Stand-up comedian Kapil Sharma, who rose to fame as a host with his own show titled as 'The Kapil Sharma Show' has now pledged to donate his eyes. Recently he invited the national blind cricket team as the guests on his show and was thrilled and inspired for their dedication and contribution to the sports despite of their visual disability.

That's when he decided to donate his eyes and announced this in a statement by saying, "We usually don't realise that sometimes even a small gesture from our end can make someone very happy. After talking to them, I realised that eye donation is something I should have done long back. Hence, I decided then and there that I will donate my eyes. If someone can see the world with my eyes when I'm gone, I will feel very good about it."

While Kapil himself has so many followers, we are sure he too will be an inspiration to others.
