(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Kim Kardashian filed for divorce on the one-year anniversary of first meeting her husband Kris Humphries.

The 31-year-old reality encountered the New Jersey Nets basketball player on Halloween 2010.

TMZ are reporting that it was sitting courtside at the Izod Center in New Jersey where Kim first noticed the tall athlete and thought that he was "cute."

The Keeping Up With The Kardashian's starlet then devised a plan to meet with the 6' 9" sports star and the two got together from there.

In the past 12 months the pair have dated, got engaged, had an elaborate wedding, a short-lived marriage and are now getting divorced.

Her stepfather Bruce Jenner yesterday told photographers that Kim was doing "great".

She has jetted off to Australia for a promotional trip and will reportedly do her first break up interview there. Kim was not wearing her wedding ring as she made her way through Los Angeles International Airport last night.

It is being reported that she made the final decision to end her relationship on Sunday after spending the weekend crying over it and had been shocked and angry that Kris hired a Hollywood publicist.

"He's not in f**king Hollywood. He plays sports," she allegedly told a friend.
