Kareena, Karisma & Saif's film on 'Nutrition'

The film which is directed by nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar is an attempt to revive the lost art of 'Oral Wisdom' by watching it, imbibing it & spreading the word.
Richa Chadda and
Anupam Kher are also the part of this Film. The official launch of the DVD is on the 27th of this month.
"I am super excited that Kareena, Karisma & Saif are all a part of this film. Its a casting coup of sorts! But what is more important is that we are all sharing our common belief that eating right, eating local, seasonal, fresh and tasty food is integral to looking good, feeling light & happy. And like Saif often says - Happy people are most attractive, not skinny," said Rujuta.
