Kareena Kapoor Khan has been very choosy in signing films in last two years. She had gone on record to claim that she had refused six scripts in a row as she wants to do quality films.

And now she substantiates her claim further as she adds that she wants to do a mix of both commercial and author backed films. "Yes, I have been only doing commercially viable films for some time now, may be because I wanted a break. But I know that many people want to see me in performance oriented roles, and I am now looking forward to do them," she said.

Kareena further adds that she has loved the kind of work done by independent filmmakers. "I am interested in working with new directors. I want to do something that I have not done in past.

However, I will choose films that suit my personality. I am not keen to drastically change my career graph. I have done enough to prove my potential," she added.  

After 'Singham Returns' she will be seen in 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' opposite Salman Khan.
