No matter how successful you are, you always keep going back to your roots in the times of need. And that's what Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif did when things went beyond her control.

Unaware of certain rules and regulations, Katrina hired a renowned international make-up artist for her upcoming film with Hrithik Roshan. This created a furore on the sets at Filmcity, Goregaon, when members of a local body, Cine Costume & Make-up Artists Association, stormed the sets to protest the involvement of make-up artiste Daniel Bauer.

They reached at around 2 pm and the chaos went on till 5 pm. When Katrina couldn't see any hope of the situation getting solved, she immediately reached to her former flame Salman Khan for help.

Though the artist has worked with Katrina in the past for magazine and ad shoots, the objection was raised against him working in a film.

When contacted, Stanley D'Souza, the association’s secretary, confirmed the incident, "Our team went on the sets… Only registered members are allowed to work in films [in Mumbai]. Katrina had no idea about this, so she agreed to use a registered member till he [Daniel] gets registered (sic)."

As it was Katrina who insisted on Daniel, she thought it was her job to get him out of trouble for which she seeked Salman's help. She called Salman and explained the situation.

Within no time, they got a call from Salman’s team to resolve the matter. Soon after his intervention, the matter was resolved and and the shooting was resumed.
