Kate Hudson is elated that her "extremely tumultous" past is far behind her.

The 33-year old actress is enjoying her life currently with fiance Matt Bellamy.

Kate has eight-year-old son, Ryder, with ex-husband Chris Robinson and shares 15-month-old son Bingham with Matt.

Kate felt completely transformed once she reached her thirties.

"I had Ryder at 24 so, you know, a lot happened in my 20s," she explained in Harper's Bazaar's magazine.

"I was working a lot, and there were times that were extremely tumultuous. So 30 kind of felt like 'Oh, okay.' I had a different kind of confidence."

With one divorce behind her, Kate feels no pressure to rush to the altar with Matt. She already shares a London home with the Muse frontman and is content with that for the time being.

"We'll do it eventually, but I want it to be right," she revealed. "I don't want to just do it, you know what I mean?"

In the meantime, Kate is enjoying living in England and turns to fellow London dweller Gwyneth Paltrow for advice.

"She's been my go-to about where to get things donegrocery shopping, a good mani-pedi, you know, all that,"
