(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Kate Hudson says being in love is one of her secrets to looking so good.

The 33-year-old actress is engaged to Muse frontman Matt Bellamy and they have a young son together.

And she told Entertainment Tonight that a life of bliss is the key to looking beautiful.

"Being in love helps," she said with a big smile. "Happiness helps. Babies help."

"I think finding a sense of happiness in yourself, and contentment, and doing the things you love to do and focusing your life on being, you know happy is probably the most important thing for feeling beautiful inside and out. It's the most infectious thing."

Meanwhile the actress has spoken about juggling life as a Hollywood star with being a mother to sons; Ryder, eight, and Bingham, one.

"It goes without saying that your life with children is the best possible situation," she said.

"I mean nothing is better than your kids nothing. At the same time any parent will tell you, it's also the hardest thing that you ever have to do. It's the only thing you can really mess up at.

"For me it's the only thing that I can really fail at are my children. And that, I refuse to let happen." (C) Cover Media
