(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Katie Holmes is "looking forward" to finding love again.

The 33-year-old actress recently reached a divorce settlement with her estranged husband Tom Cruise, less than two weeks after filing to end their five-year marriage.

Katie is eager to move on with her life with daughter Suri.

"Katie's told pals she's looking forward to finding love again. She's not been put off marriage and hopes to eventually settle down with a new husband and have more kids," a source told British magazine Closer.

"Katie and Suri are living in a rented 8,000-a-month Manhattan apartment and Katie plans to make New York their base. Suri used to be home-schooled in Beverly Hills, but now Katie's made plans for Suri to attend a local private school."

Katie announced earlier this month that she is set to debut her clothing line Holmes & Yang at New York Fashion Week in September. Insiders say the star is now focused on her career.

"Katie is hoping to get advice from Victoria Beckham. She wants to build a business empire like hers and is looking forward to trying her hand at new TV projects." (C) Cover Media
