(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Katy Perry and Russell Brands wedding will take place next week and will see stars such as Rihanna sleeping in pimped out tents, it has been claimed.

British comedian Russell and pop singer Katy got engaged in India at New Year after a whirlwind romance, and it is expected they will return to the country to tie the knot in the near future.

The pair have made quite a lot of jokes about the theme of their wedding in the past, so it has been difficult to decipher what they big day will actually be like. However, sources have told US magazine the wedding will be super-luxe.

It has been claimed guests such as pop star Rihanna will be flown to India in private jets, and will spend the night in pimped out tents. It is expected the wedding party will last six days, culminating on October 23.

Russell, who previously teased he wanted a Victorian-themed wedding, has remained fairly tight-lipped about the plans though, and told fans at a recent Q & A session in New York he and Katy wanted a normal day. The star says they want to avoid the typical celebrity wedding features, such as magazine deals and A-list guests.

"We just love each other and we want to get married in front of our friends and family and keep it very normal," he revealed.

"It ain't about selling the pictures, it ain't about doing no pre-nup, it's just a normal thing." (C) Cover Media
