Actor Krishna, Vishnuvardhan`s younger brother who did films like Ali Baba and Katradhu Kalavu is back with Kazhagu.

It promises to be a different film from debutant director Sathyasiva.
 
Kazhagu is about people who commit suicide by jumping off cliffs. The story revolves around four persons, referred to as "Kazhugu" (Eagle), who recover bodies of suicide victims who jump off a cliff in Kodaikanal.
 
The film based on real-life incidents, has been shot in real locations, including Kodaikanal, Theni and Munnar. Krishna and Bindu Madhavi play lead roles. It has a fantastic supporting cast of Jayaprakash, Thambi Ramaiah, Karunas, Nellai Siva and Suji Bala.
 
The film, produced by Krishna`s father Pattiyal Sekhar has some real good tunes composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Sathya is the cameraman, while national award winner Praveen is the editor.
 
Kazhagu features five tracks, which were sung Yuvan, his brother Karthik Raja and noted folk music artists Pushpavanam Kuppusamy and Velmurugan among others. Recently a promo album with a lot of stars was released on the net and it has become popular.
 
Kazhagu which has an UA certificate is releasing on 16th March
