Kendall Jenner says being a younger sibling of the Kardashian sisters is not always easy.
The 16-year-old spoke to TeenProm about her burgeoning modelling career as well as her experience growing up surrounded by reality show cameras.
She says that she gets advice from Kim, Kourtney and Khlo about not worrying what others have to say.
"[They tell me] not to listen to what other people say because people are mean," Kendall told the publication.
"I just don't look at the Internet and what people say because it can bring you down."
Kendall and her younger sister Kylie, 14, are both pursuing careers as models and she says appearing on Keeping Up With The Kardashians has actually helped her.
"I used to be really shy around the cameras when we started filming," she revealed. "But I think Kylie and I are both used to it now. It's normal for us."
Kendall said she "was really, really nervous and scared" when she made her debut on the runway for Sherri Hill at New York Fashion Week in September.
"I was like, What if my walk isn't right?' [My sisters] told me, You'll be fine, you'll do great,' and that made me feel so much better," she recalled. "They said, Be you, have fun with it, be confident.' Once I got out there, I felt more comfortable."
