Kim Kardashian reportedly gave Kanye West "bedroom eyes" at his recent fashion show.

The reality TV star and hip-hop artist were spotted getting cosy backstage at the Paris Fashion Week presentation. Kim hit headlines as she was sporting a pair of shoes the rapper had designed in collaboration with Giuseppe Zanotti.

"Backstage, they were really touchy-feely and she was blatantly giving him bedroom eyes," an insider told OK!

"Later, they secretly met for drinks at his hotel room."

Speculation over the pair's relationship has been rife for years. Kanye's ex-girlfriend Amber Rose has even blamed Kim for her break-up with the rapper in 2010.

"[Kim] tries to say they're just friends, but no one is fooled," the source added.

"Whenever she talks about him, she gets this Cheshire Cat grin on her face and then quickly changes the subject."

Kim's sister Khlo recently addressed her sister's rumoured romance with the star. In an interview on DJ Sway's Shade 45 radio show she confessed the two almost became a couple at one point but the timing was wrong.

"They were talking and trying to go on a date here and there, but it just didn't work out," she said.

"I know they hung out, but I know it's never gotten to there [turned romantic]... I genuinely think that because we have so much in common - like our families, losing parents and we do have a lot of connections - I think that if they were to go there, it would be a long relationship."
