It is Gauri Khan and Shah Rukh Khan's eldest son Aryan who turned 21 today is in LA completing his studies. The family makes time to meet the young lad every year but this year no plans have been revealed so far.

While Shah Rukh's close friend Karan Johar had a heartwarming message for the lad. KJo shared a blast from the past picture featuring himself with Shah Rukh and Aryan and captioned it, "My baby boy is 21 today!!!! I can't believe it!!! Felt my first parental pang when he was born!!! Happy birthday, Aryan!!! You have been blessed with the most amazing parents!!!! @iamsrk @gaurikhan" 

In a previous interview when asked about the son Aryan, SRK said, "He's learning how to make movies, which is something I am still doing 25 years later (laughs!). Gauri and I often sit down and ask each other...'Kaun hai yeh bade bade log jh hamare saath rehte hai and are roaming around the house?' I see my daughter (Suhana) all dressed up, hanging out with her friends and going out partying. We are liberal parents. Aryan is a tough guy; he does Taekwondo and he's building muscle, but he very sweetly tells me, 'Baba, you can still beat me'."
